A cardiac MRI between spa and lake view
One of the few cardiac MRI scanners in Germany is right here in the house, read by the resort's own cardiology team. Examinations that usually take referrals and separate appointments happen in one place, between the spa and the lake.

Buff Medical Resort
Konstanz, Lake Constance
Swiss hotelier Hans Jürg Buff opened the resort in 2025. Around 20,000 m² of timber, a travertine façade, 118 rooms and suites facing south to the park and a 5,000 m² medical area with its own prevention clinic. Plus a pool area, Ayurveda, yoga and a light organic kitchen.
